Job Description

  • Develops and executes the most effective delivery of Revenue Management and Distribution support across properties.

  • Assist in Distribution Marketing and Operations program for lyf, providing guidance and support for properties to maximize channel performance.

  • Collaborate with lyf team and various key stakeholders to develop and align comprehensive revenue management and distribution strategy.

  • Implementation of highly effect revenue management and distribution activities and strategies across all hotels.

  • Monitor and analyze overall revenue performance and flowthrough for each property. Identify areas of improvement and develop new and innovative solutions.

  • Collaborate with various teams, not limited to marketing team and business development, to analyze the business model and strategy to drive growth and performance.

  • Engage with ownership and asset management regarding performance analysis aspects that will impact demand, pricing, channel optimization and cost of sale.

  • Provide support and guidance to property growth initiatives to ensure the successful launch of new lyf properties.

  • Provide support to clusters with business analysis requests and review new property Letter of Intent (LOI)

  • Work closely with both headquarters and clusters’ revenue management, distribution, and marketing teams to identify global and regional opportunities.

  • Communicate and facilitate the sharing of innovative solutions, current results and best practices of revenue management strategies and systems to gain support and drive growth.
