JOB DESCRIPTION

`You will be a member of the Project Development team that seeks to develop and manage Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) projects of Infrastructure Division ("Infra") of Keppel. Infra's sustainable EaaS concept includes the installation and operation of super-efficient chiller systems and photovoltaic solar panels, offering zero carbon electricity long-term, as well as the setting up of smart electric vehicle (“EV”) charging stations, among others. To do this, you will:

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, tendering, developing, and implementing the Cooling / EV charging system-related projects

  • Conduct site surveys at customers’ premises to identify suitable locations for necessary equipment to deploy our suite of cooling / EV charging system tailored to customers’ requirements

  • Prepare and review engineering, design documents such as schematic diagrams, specifications, method statement, risk assessment, calculation, budgetary cost, energy audit and progress reports

  • Manage consultant, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers to complete project compliance with specification, within budget and schedule

  • Liaise with relevant authorities and obtain approvals related to Cooling / EV charging system projects

  • Provide technical support to Business Development, Operations and Maintenance teams

  • Ensure that selection of contractors and vendors is in accordance with Company policies and Code of Conduct

  • Ensure effective implementation of the Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Management & ISO 37001 system

  • Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

  • Minimum 5 years of M & E experience in HVAC.

  • Worked on energy saving programs for chiller plant.

  • Proficient in AutoCad and Microsoft Project.
