Job Description

Enterprise AI (EAI) will focus on delivering AI and machine learning models developed in collaboration with business and support units, and driving the adoption of GenAI self-help across the Bank for value creation. EAI will spearhead the AIDA Center of Excellence, as well as own and manage the enterprise AI platforms.

Role Introduction

This role is a key member of the Enterprise AI team, responsible for managing the day-to-day business operations of the team. The Project and Business Manager will ensure smooth financial, administrative, and planning processes to support the team’s success. The person will also be responsible for working with the team to coordinate the reporting metrics for data science and AI-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering impactful outcomes.

Your main responsibilities are to:

• Coordinate schedules and administrative support for the team.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and expense tracking for the team.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations in all operational activities.
• Collaborate with the respective team and business stakeholders on the project status reporting including tracking of high-level status and success metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• About 5 years of experience in business operations, preferably within a financial institution.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, financial and business planning processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and approachable character.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized, with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Good project management skill.
