Job Responsibilities

The Manager, Product Marketing for Gaming Furniture is responsible for shaping and driving the global marketing strategy for Razer's Furniture business. This role leads the development and execution of end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategies and integrated marketing initiatives across international markets, ensuring strong alignment with business goals, product roadmap, and customer needs.

This role may also involve people management responsibilities — potentially building, leading, and mentoring a growing Product Marketing team, currently including at least one junior‑level Product Marketing professional. The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of strategic thinking, cross‑functional leadership, and hands‑on execution, with the ability to translate product innovation into compelling, customer‑centric narratives that elevate the brand and drive sustainable business growth.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership — Define and execute marketing strategies that align with overall organizational goals and long‑term growth priorities.
  • Brand & Narrative Stewardship — Guide the development and evolution of brand positioning and messaging to ensure clarity, consistency, and relevance across markets.
  • Initiative Planning & Execution — Lead the planning and delivery of go‑to‑market initiatives and programs, ensuring alignment with internal priorities and external needs.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Work closely with internal teams to incorporate market insights and customer perspectives into broader business and planning decisions.
  • Integrated Marketing Direction — Oversee the development and coordination of marketing activities to ensure cohesive execution across touch points.
  • External Engagement Management — Manage relationships with external service providers and collaborators to support effective execution of marketing efforts.
  • Performance & Resource Ownership — Own budgets, timelines, and performance tracking, driving accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • People Leadership — May lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a high‑performance culture focused on collaboration and results.
  • Additional Responsibilities — Perform other responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

Pre-Requisites :
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Minimum of 5 years of product management and marketing experience in consumer electronics industry.
  • Experience or passion in gaming a big plus.
  • Experience in developing and overseeing execution of marketing plans.
  • Experience with consumer electronics sales channels: retail, direct, online and distribution.
  • Able to write marketing copy and provide design direction on creative including digital marketing, web merchandising, print ads, video, graphics, etc.
  • Can work independently, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills including ability to successfully interact with executive management.
  • Preferred experience in working in a global company with multiple stake holders across different countries and time zones.
