About the Role
As a Manager, Partner Services APJC, you will drive service delivery and operational success for Cloudflare's Authorized Service Delivery (ASD) partners and MSSPs. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding partners through onboarding, enablement, and ongoing post-sales support to ensure scalable, high-quality service delivery. You will lead partner engagements, technical enablement projects, and ongoing services initiatives that enhance partner capabilities and drive customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with Partner Success Managers, Partner Account Managers, Solutions Engineers, and internal Cloudflare teams to deliver consistent, high-impact partner services across geographies. Your technical expertise, industry knowledge, and ability to manage complex projects will enable partners to confidently deploy and operationalize Cloudflare solutions.

Your technical expertise, industry knowledge, and ability to manage complex projects will enable partners to confidently deploy and operationalize Cloudflare solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ASD and MSSP partners, ensuring successful onboarding, enablement, and ongoing service delivery.
- Execute enablement programs including Essentials, Advanced, and Advanced Plus tracks, bootcamps, workshops, and certifications.
- Collaborate with partners to develop reference architectures, solution frameworks, and best practices for scalable service delivery.
- Advise partners on operational processes, service models, and technical architecture to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on partner feedback and performance metrics.
- Partner with internal teams - including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Support - to align resources and ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage multiple partner engagements and projects, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Mentor and coach junior team members where applicable to build organizational capability.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience engaging with senior leaders at partner organizations.
- Experienced in partner services, post-sales enablement and partner success
- Proven ability to lead and scale a team of technical services managers across APJC
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, cybersecurity, DNS, CDN, web security, and cloud-native architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and guide resolution of technical issues in a complex partner environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across functions.
- Passion for building scalable partner programs and enabling long-term partner success.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and deliver results across complex engagements.
- Travel up to 25-30% as required.
