Job Description

Based in Singapore and reporting to the Head of Marketing Strategy & Performance, you will shape the strategies that drive customer growth and optimize marketing investment across 16 markets in APAC, Europe, and Turkey. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in connecting with millions of customers and positioning Delivery Hero as a global market leader.

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, takes full ownership of outcomes, and effectively influences stakeholders across a complex global organization.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Leadership: Partner with senior leadership and marketing teams to maximize potential, monitoring performance and identifying gaps to drive both immediate gains and long-term value creation across your portfolio of markets
  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted thought partner to local and regional leaders, collaborating with data and marketing teams to challenge the status quo and drive innovation
  • Actionable Insights: Generate high-impact strategic insights that provide cross-functional partners with clear, actionable paths toward growth
  • ROI-Driven Budgeting: Strategic oversight of marketing budgets and allocation processes through an ROI lens, prioritizing investment in scalable and sustainable initiatives
  • Executive Performance Management: Develop and deliver crisp performance reports for C-level audiences to enable data-driven decision-making and OKR tracking
  • Special Projects: Lead high-priority marketing and growth initiatives and cross-functional projects involving multiple senior stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–4 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, FMCG, investment banking, or a high-growth tech environment.

  • Analytical Rigor: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a mastery of Excel and proficiency in SQL to transform raw data into impactful decisions.

  • Strategic Clarity: Proven ability to develop actionable strategies in complex environments, translating disparate data points into compelling recommendations.

  • Growth Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing or advising on growth strategies within fast-paced industries.

  • Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft narratives that build trust with C-level executives and international teams.

  • Mindset: A pragmatic, hands-on team player who is ready to "roll up their sleeves" to deliver results.
