• 米国Sarbanes Oxley法（上場企業会計改革および投資家保護法）に準拠し会社の社会的信用を確保すべく、グローバルの内部統制フレームワークを日本法人において推進する
• 内部統制の観点から業務プロセス・システムの改善をリード・サポートし、付加価値を生み出す

職務内容
上長であるJPBU Finance, Head of Internal Controlと共に、以下の業務を行う.
1. SOX法対応のサポート

• 国内外・社内外の関係者からなるSOXコミュニティ及び会議体の運営を補佐する
• プロセスオーナーと能動的かつ適時にコミュニケーションをとり、プロセスの可視化、リスクの洗い出し、コントロール設計のサポートを行う
• 外部監査法人及び内部監査部門による内部統制監査において、被監査部門の代表として計画・実施を補佐する
• 発見された問題点に対する改善アクションの立案をサポートし、アクションの進捗管理を行う
• 内部統制におけるフレームワーク・PDCAサイクルの計画・実施を補佐する

2. 上記以外の内部統制活動のサポート

• 関連プロジェクトの補佐
• 承認ワークフロー等の関連システムの管理

応募要件
<学歴 / Educational background >
大学卒業（スキル・資格によってはその限りに非ず）
＜実務経験 / Practical experience＞
ファイナンス、アカウンティングに関わる実務経験 3年以上
＜スキル・資格 / kills and Qualifications＞

• 簿記二級（必須）
• 簿記一級, CPA, CIA, MBA等のファイナンス関連資格（尚良し）
• Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Copilot等のMS Office 365 アプリケーション各種
• SAPに関する知識または使用経験

＜語学 / Language＞

• TOEIC 800点以上
