Position Purpose:
The Manager - Human Resources is responsible for the daily oversight and management of the Human Resources team at the center level.
Job Requirements:

  • Provides management support to the Human Resources function in people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics.

  • Communicates findings to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting artifacts on a periodic/quarterly/annual basis.

  • Prepare one – off and recurring reports using employee data in Workday and other data repositories

  • Identify and propose additional opportunities for HR/decision–support analytics. 

  • Provide strategic directions on the development of appropriate HR policies across the Organization.

  • Assess current and future policy requirements to support strategic aims in conjunction with the Organization’s senior management.

  • Provide strategic oversight and direction to the Company’s compensation and benefits policy and practices.

  • Maintains knowledge of HR policies, programs, laws, and issues. Understands the differences between domestic and international policies and programs and coordinates the integration of all such programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 5-8 years of progressively responsible Human Resources management roles, preferably in a service industry
