Klook is seeking a curious and analytical marketeer to join our Global Marketing Team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in inspiring users around the world to deepen their travel experiences using Klook, while ensuring all marketing efforts deliver measurable business results.Do you thrive where creativity meets data-driven strategy? What you’ll do

  • Develop engaging and results-oriented sales and marketing campaigns across various objectives; this could involve promoting new features, collaborating with key merchant partners, or launching global seasonal travel campaigns.

  • Manage the entire campaign lifecycle, from ideation and proposal writing to brief creation, timely execution, and project management of deliverables, reports, and goals. This requires strong organizational skills and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams like the Global Creative Team, Communications, Product, and Tech to deliver impactful solutions and support for your campaigns. You'll also be expected to provide guidance to local marketing teams on campaign execution, conducting regular briefings and update sessions aligned with the campaign calendar to track progress and milestones.

  • Conduct in-depth campaign analysis and implement rigorous optimization strategies. This includes reporting on key metrics, consumer insights, and ROI. You'll also manage and allocate A&P budgets for your campaigns, taking necessary corrective actions and sharing learnings.

  • Partner with external marketing agencies and production vendors to scale your campaign execution.


What you’ll need

  • At least 5-6 years experience in integrated brand marketing, ideally from an agency (eg: integrated planners or account managers) or in-house consumer marketing role with travel or e-commerce exposure.

  • Passionate about telling great creative stories through integrated marketing communications.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics and using data/insights to build compelling marketing pitch decks and proposals.

  • Detail-oriented with strong project and timeline management skills, able to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive and deliver projects.

  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate with and influence a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners

  • Strong roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and growth mindset.
