What you’ll do:
●Develop and execute communications strategies to position Klook as Asia's leading travel and experiences platform.
●Foster collaborative relationships across teams and functions to effectively convey our brand and corporate narrative to external audiences.
●Take charge of telling our Klook story, from thought-leadership initiatives to impactful corporate announcements and engaging consumer-lifestyle stories, through both media and new digital formats.
●Identify, secure, and prepare spokespersons for speaking opportunities at conferences and industry events.
●Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets in the business, travel, and technology sectors.
●Drive content development, including media materials, to support campaigns and educate stakeholders
●Drive our issues and crisis management protocol internally, manage incidents and issues, employing proactive measures and responsive action
●Utilize data to evaluate PR results, measure impact, and inform strategy.

What you’ll need:
●>8 years of experience in PR, media relations, and crisis/issues management, either in an agency or in-house.
●A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work independently and make decisions that drive tangible outcomes.
●Strategic thinking, with the ability to handle multiple projects and workstreams, balancing both big-picture strategy and day-to-day execution.
●Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver them across diverse media channels.
●Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments such as startups or tech companies is preferred.
