Overview
The Franchise AP Regional Team is seeking a Senior Analyst, Franchise Growth & Enablement. In collaboration with the Vice President, Franchise Growth & Enablement, you will support the execution of Mastercard's Customer Risk Management principles and partner with regional stakeholders. This role plays a key part in providing operational and analytical support to onboard Mastercard network participants across the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring compliance with Mastercard requirements and local regulations.
You will help drive alignment between Franchise Growth & Enablement and cross-functional teams to scale Mastercard's cross-border and domestic products and services.
Role Responsibilities• Support customer onboarding and registration processes, including responding to ad-hoc customer requests.• Assist in implementing Franchise strategies that enable growth of new business initiatives in cross-border and domestic payment products.• Collaborate with Account and Product teams to support opportunities in core businesses, multi-rail flows, and emerging segments (e.g., installment providers, fintech).• Provide operational support for Franchise Solutions Accelerator initiatives, including customer training and education programs.• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate support for customers.• Apply internal risk-based decision-making models during assessments to maintain brand integrity and support new payment solutions.• Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining shared mailboxes, tracking projects and billing, and generating reports for specific markets or regions.
All About You• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.• Knowledge of the payments industry and related regulatory requirements.• Ability to translate strategies into actionable tasks and deliver results.• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across functions in a matrix organization.• Self-motivated team player with a focus on execution and results.• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
