The Engagement & Onboarding Manager will lead employee engagement programs and ensure exceptional onboarding. Responsibilities include developing engagement initiatives, managing budgets, coordinating events, improving onboarding processes, and analyzing cultural insights.

We’re looking for an experienced and creative Engagement & Onboarding Manager to design and drive employee engagement programs across our markets and ensure every new hire has an exceptional onboarding experience.
You’ll partner with leaders and local teams to build programs that strengthen culture, connection and belonging — while tracking what truly makes a difference.
What You’ll DoEngagement Programs- Develop and execute annual engagement roadmap for Singapore and regional offices
- Design initiatives that strengthen connection, recognition and communication
- Manage engagement budget and program structure
- Coordinate local event calendars and partner with country teams
- Run engagement check-ins, feedback loops and reporting
- Design and continuously improve onboarding journey and manager playbooks
- Ensure pre-boarding, Day-1 and first-90-day milestones run smoothly
- Train hiring managers on onboarding responsibilities and expectations
- Partner with People Ops on logistics (while you own the experience)
- Track participation, feedback and ENPS themes
- Recommend improvements based on data and employee voice
- Support leadership and HRBP in shaping culture initiatives
RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years in HR, employee engagement, communications or related fields
- Experience designing programs — not just executing them
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Creative yet structured — able to plan, track and scale initiatives
- Comfortable presenting to leaders and working cross-country
Nice to Have
- Experience in fast-growing organizations
- Exposure to engagement analytics or ENPS
- Background in internal communications or employer branding
