What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of digital solutions across Supply Planning and Launch
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to apply emerging technologies like AI and automation
  • Facilitate solution ideation and architecture with enterprise standards in mind
  • Lead matrixed teams including developers, analysts, and testers
  • Manage development backlogs, sprint planning, and delivery pipelines (CI/CD).
  • Oversee testing, deployment, and post-launch support
  • Maintain documentation and ensure system integrity.
  • Monitor adoption, performance, and user feedback.
  • Lead retrospectives and incorporate lessons learned into future cycles
  • Ensure adherence to technical standards, security, and compliance

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field required with four years of experience in IT solution delivery; OR Master's degree with two years of relevant experience; OR Associate's degree with eight years of relevant experience; OR Ph.D. with 0+ years of experience; OR 10 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years in a product owner role with pharmaceutical or healthcare experience a strong plus
  • Experience successfully creating and executing against product visions, strategies, and roadmaps that achieve goals and outcomes
  • Exceptional at working with and analyzing user metrics and turning them into actionable insights
  • A curious and highly motivated self-starter who can work effectively across cross-functional teams and can independently drive progress toward completion with proper planning and management
  • Passion for creating user-centric digital and interactive experiences
  • Agile/Lean Development knowledge, training or experience.
  • A strong communicator with great written and verbal skills
  • Up to date and knowledgeable about the latest trends, innovations and best practices in the digital space

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
  • MBA or Master's degree in strategy, management, or related field is a plus
  • Certification in Agile and Scrum development practices is a plus
  • Experience in product design and data & analytics
  • ERP systems knowledge e.g. SAP (S4 HANA, IBP, MDG)

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $86,800.00 to $144,600.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 12.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
