About the Role:

In this role, you will lead a diverse team of Account Executives whose primary role is to hunt for new business in territories across ASEAN. These Account Executives are typically located within country and their customers are Mid-Market and SMB organisations (Corporate, less than 2500 employees). You will be part of the leadership for Corporate Sales across ASEAN and North Asia, reporting to the Corporate Sales Director for SENA located, also, in Singapore. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a team of 6-8 Corporate Account Exuectives

  • Coaching reps on sales strategies, technique, and best practices when it comes to leveraging a MEDDPICC framework to sell to new customers.

  • Forecasting accurately to management

  • Working with internal teams to grow the team’s pipeline, apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to help sellers be more effective, and increase close rates

  • Recruiting and training of new Corporate Account Executives

  • Collaborate with our Sales Engineering to devise and execute account strategies and plans. 

  • Partner with our Channel Team to drive engagement net-new customer opportunities.

  • Forecast and report updates to the management team.

  • Become an insider within the Cyber Security Industry and become an expert of CrowdStrike products

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of sales management experience with history of meeting/exceeding quota and performance expectations

  • 5+ years experience in other sales capacities (eg. business development, renewals) selling to a technical audience such as IT, Security, Engineers, etc. Preferred industry is Saas and/or Security,

  • Experience working with channel sales, presales/post sales and supporting departments to drive sales execution.

  • Track record of hiring, coaching, and leading successful sales team.

  • Strong presentation skills, both in person and via virtual channels.

  • Fluent in one ASEAN language such as Malay, Bahasa, Thai or Tagalog.
