Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager, Corporate Communications (Internal Communications) to join our Corporate Communications team at NCS. In this role, you will lead and manage all aspects of internal communications, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Strategic Communications, you will play a key role in developing and executing effective communication strategies that drive engagement and support business outcomes. This role requires a strong writer and creative thinker with exceptional storytelling abilities, as well as the influence to inspire and connect with diverse audiences.

What will you do?

Internal Communications

  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive internal communications strategy to enhance employee understanding, engagement, and advocacy for the company’s vision, strategic initiatives, and innovations.
  • Create compelling and impactful content to effectively communicate company strategy, drive engagement, and achieve business objectives, while measuring and evaluating its effectiveness.
  • Partner with department and business leaders to ensure consistent messaging and timely dissemination of information across all levels of the organization, including employees at client sites and in regional offices.
  • Continuously monitor and assess internal communication efforts, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing enhancements as needed.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the Group on corporate materials, including the annual report.

Executive Communications 

  • Develop and execute strategic communication initiatives for senior leadership to effectively articulate the company’s vision, strengthen executive presence within the organization, and ensure alignment in messaging across all stakeholder touchpoints.

 

     

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate should possess:

    • At least 5 years of experience in internal communications, with some exposure to external and executive communications.
    • Experience in crafting leadership announcements and executive messaging.
    • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and communication channels.
    • Strong track record in developing and executing communication strategies that enhance engagement and support business objectives.
    • Highly self-motivated and resourceful, with strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to produce clear, accurate, and relevant content, demonstrating strong business and marketing acumen with a data-driven mindset.
    • Proficiency in project and budget management, ensuring effective execution of communication initiatives.
    • Tech savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant communication tools.
    • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with audiences.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

    *As part of the assessment process, candidates will be required to complete an on-site written test.
