- Supervising employees across multiple locations
- Making recommendations and decisions regarding escalations and outages
- Evaluating existing processes to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities
- Coaching and assisting in the development of employees

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: General management: 3 years, Project Management: 2 years
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, related field, or equivalent experience
- Technical Skills: Ability to quickly integrate new information and gain expertise of evolving technologies and services
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication with all levels of personnel
- Schedule: Some travel required
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Broad knowledge of cable technologies, systems, and processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex activities involving a team of at least 40 people
