Essential Job Functions:

  • Lead or support business process design and analysis for insurance transformation initiatives across life, property & casualty, and health segments.

  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements aligned with DXC’s Insurance solutions.

  • Collaborate with functional architects, solution designers, and delivery teams to implement scalable and compliant insurance technology solutions.

  • Analyze existing insurance workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and integration.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business architecture frameworks supporting DXC’s digital insurance ecosystem.

  • Ensure alignment with architectural standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

  • Support testing, user acceptance, and post-implementation validation to ensure business objectives are met.

  • Stay informed on insurance industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies such as AI, data analytics, and cloud-based insurance platforms.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • 8+ years of experience in the insurance industry, including at least 3 years as a Business Analyst in large-scale transformation or modernization projects.

  • Strong understanding of insurance operations such as policy lifecycle, claims, billing, and underwriting.

  • Proven experience in business or functional architecture, process design, and technology integration in an enterprise environment.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across cross-functional and global teams.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, IIBA, or Agile) are an advantage.

  • Experience working with DXC Insurance software solutions or similar core insurance platforms preferred.

Other Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Information Systems, or Insurance) a plus.

  • Familiarity with digital insurance technologies, API integration, and data-driven decision-making tools.

  • Continuous learner passionate about innovation in the insurance domain.
