Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:
Lead or support business process design and analysis for insurance transformation initiatives across life, property & casualty, and health segments.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements aligned with DXC’s Insurance solutions.
Collaborate with functional architects, solution designers, and delivery teams to implement scalable and compliant insurance technology solutions.
Analyze existing insurance workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and integration.
Contribute to the development and implementation of business architecture frameworks supporting DXC’s digital insurance ecosystem.
Ensure alignment with architectural standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Support testing, user acceptance, and post-implementation validation to ensure business objectives are met.
Stay informed on insurance industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies such as AI, data analytics, and cloud-based insurance platforms.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
8+ years of experience in the insurance industry, including at least 3 years as a Business Analyst in large-scale transformation or modernization projects.
Strong understanding of insurance operations such as policy lifecycle, claims, billing, and underwriting.
Proven experience in business or functional architecture, process design, and technology integration in an enterprise environment.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across cross-functional and global teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, IIBA, or Agile) are an advantage.
Experience working with DXC Insurance software solutions or similar core insurance platforms preferred.
Other Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Information Systems, or Insurance) a plus.
Familiarity with digital insurance technologies, API integration, and data-driven decision-making tools.
Continuous learner passionate about innovation in the insurance domain.
