Job Description

Sia Partners is looking for bright and dynamic consultants who are passionate about making a real impact in the financial services industry. Whether your expertise lies in wealth and private banking, corporate banking, asset management, cash and liquidity management, or financial markets, we want to hear from you.

We value strong academic backgrounds and a proven ability to deliver results—through prior consulting experience or a successful first role within banking or financial services.

As a Management Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact transformation projects for our clients. You will:

  • Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and co-design actionable solutions.

  • Support end-to-end project delivery, including gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.

  • Facilitate workshops and engage with business and technology stakeholders to understand challenges and define solutions.

  • Map current-state and future-state processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

  • Conduct data analysis, benchmarking, intelligent data structuring, and support business case development.

  • Prepare clear and concise project documentation, including user stories, process flows, and requirement traceability matrices.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple teams and functions, building trusted client relationships.

  • Take on increasing levels of responsibility and evolve into team leadership roles as quickly as possible.

  • Build and develop a subject matter expertise in a financial services domain and represent it across APAC or with clients as a SME.

  • Contribute to strategic and operational transformation initiatives across financial services areas such as wealth management, corporate banking, transaction banking, treasury, risk, and compliance.

  • Work on proposals and support business development initiatives, including client presentations and thought leadership.

  • Participate in internal knowledge-building efforts through workshops, publications, and firm-wide learning events.

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in consulting, banking, or financial services.

  • Prior experience as a Business Analyst or in a client-facing project role is highly preferred if you don't have consulting experience

  • Strong understanding of one or more of the following:

    • Wealth & Private Banking

    • Corporate or Transaction Banking

    • Cash & Liquidity Management

    • Treasury or Financial Markets

    • Asset Management

    • Risk, Compliance, or Regulatory Change

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and basic data analytics tools.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
