As an Executive Director in the Macro Sales team, you will be at the forefront of client engagement, responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with key investor clients. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key institutional investor clients.
- Execute sales strategies and deliver market insights and trade ideas to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including trading, research, and structuring, to ensure comprehensive client coverage.
- Drive the development of trade concepts and themes for investor clients.
- Navigate a broad range of clients, including asset managers, insurance accounts, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, central banks, and hedge funds.
- Provide market insights and generate innovative ideas to meet client needs.
- Ensure effective communication and presentation of trade ideas and market strategies.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance client service and satisfaction.
- Train and groom junior team members to develop their skills and expertise
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 10 years of experience in sales, with Series 7 & 63 required.
- Established relationships with key investment-grade investor clients.
- Strong understanding of fundamental product knowledge and market structure.
- Critical thinker with the ability to drive trade concepts and themes.
- Proficiency in Bloomberg, MarketAxess, Tradeweb, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate effectively and present ideas clearly.
- Self-motivated with a drive to seek out new client opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in the Asia-Pacific financial markets.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another relevant language.
- Proven track record of successful client engagement and sales execution.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market trends.
- Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
