We are looking for a driven and analytical M&A Manager / Senior Associate to join our M&A team at medmix. In this impactful role, you will support and lead end-to-end M&A projects, playing a key part in shaping the company's growth strategy through strategic acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships. Reporting directly to the Head of M&A, you will work independently and collaboratively with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
Tasks
- Lead and manage M&A projects from deal sourcing to execution and post-deal integration, with increasing levels of independence
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence across a wide range of industries and geographies
- Support strategic assessments, target screenings, and development of acquisition pipelines in alignment with business unit priorities
- Coordinate cross-functional due diligence processes involving finance, legal, operations, and HR
- Prepare investment memoranda, board presentations, and internal approval documents
- Engage with external advisors (investment banks, consultants, legal counsel) and support negotiations
- Track and analyze key market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Support post-merger integration efforts and value realization initiatives
- Contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge building within the M&A team
Education
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering
- MBA or CFA is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
Experience
- 4 to 8 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or strategy consulting
- Proven track record of executing M&A deals, including due diligence, valuation, and stakeholder management
- Experience in industrial, healthcare, or Medtech sectors is an advantage
