WHAT YOU WILL DO
  1. ERP System Order Management

    • Manage order dispatching from overseas ERP systems to logistics partners’ platforms, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

    • Resolve order dispatch failures and data discrepancies by coordinating with warehouse and IT teams for rapid troubleshooting.

    • Optimize ERP order-to-logistics-channel matching rules (e.g., prioritizing delivery speed or cost efficiency) based on business requirements.

    • Conduct regular testing and validation of system rules to ensure logical and efficient order allocation.

  2. In-Transit Logistics Exception Monitoring & Resolution

    • Monitor real-time status of last-mile shipments to identify exceptions (e.g., delivery delays, lost parcels, address errors).

    • Proactively address exception tickets from logistics partners, collaborating with carriers and customer service teams to drive resolutions.

    • Develop standardized workflows for recurring issues (e.g., customs clearance failures, last-mile delivery failures) and implement process improvements.

  3. Data Reporting & Analysis

    • Compile weekly/monthly reports on exception order types, volumes, and resolution progress.

    • Investigate root causes of ticket surges (e.g., system failures, carrier service fluctuations, promotional impacts) and propose actionable optimization strategies.

    • Track key performance metrics (e.g., delivery timelines, logistics exception rates) and drive corrective actions.

  4. Cross-Department Collaboration & Process Optimization

    • Collaborate with IT teams to enhance ERP system functionalities and improve order automation efficiency.

    • Partner with customer service teams to communicate logistics exceptions proactively, minimizing client inquiries and complaints.

    • Work with overseas warehouse operations to refine outbound processes and reduce logistics issues caused by upstream operations.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Strong sense of accountability, ability to multitask, and excellent cross-department communication skills.

  • Experience in international logistics workflows; fluency in both English and Mandarin(written and spoken) as working languages.

GREAT TO HAVE
  • Practical experience in managing last-mile logistics for overseas warehouses (e.g., coordinating with carriers like FedEx, UPS, DHL).

  • In-depth knowledge of international customs clearance procedures and reverse logistics workflows for product returns.
