Logistics Coordinator

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Loading & managing shipper/consignee information and relevant transportation procedures.
  • When applicable, managing dry ice information accounts with providers and execute address changes as required.
  • Document all transportation service failures, resolve, and escalate to management when appropriate resolution is incomplete.
  • Support other Logistics functions with laboratory testing or pre-analytical or post-analytical requirements questions.
  • Assist Administrators, Analyst and management within the department with administrative tasks as assigned (e.g. Tracking and Tracing Shipments, follow-ups KITs Work Order Status).
  • Support in Singapore regulatory requirements by performing on-site checks on our physical shipments, shipping documents and couriers.
  • For Logistics Contingencies related purposes the incumbent may be requested to work during festivities and weekends.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics or Business.
  • 3 months or more experience using computer and office software applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Specialization or Certification within the Supply Chain or Logistics field.
  • 3 months or more experience in highly regulated environment.

Additional Job Standards:

  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Attention to detail
