The Logistics Coordinator & MIS Analyst >for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for Rasiing PO, PRFs, Checking L&D related invoices & automating the process
This position is part of the APAC Logistics & Distribution department> located in SIngapore Office. At Beckman Coulter, our mission is to Relentlessly Reimagine Healthcare, One Diagnosis at a Time.
You will be a part of the < APAC Logistics & Distribution team > and report to the Sr, Manager Logistics & Distribution APAC region> responsible for
1) Oversee warehouse operations in Singapore and Malaysia.
2) Track inbound shipments
3) Initiate GOPE, NC, or credit notes for any identified issues.
4) Verify and process bills.
5) Conduct annul stock count
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Should have degree from university of repute & have good command over spoken & written English.
- Should have experience of 4 – 5 years in similar job profile
- Proficiency MS Excel, Power BI, Oracle
- Analytical skills include the ability to collect and analyze data
