Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform logistics duties including receiving, picking, put-away, and shipping of cargo in a warehouse environment.
- Carry out checking, retrieving, loading and unloading, packing, and palletizing for both import and export shipments.
- Update the status of import and export cargo in the ERP system upon receipt.
- Conduct periodic physical stock counts and update inventory records in the ERP system. Report discrepancies as required.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and housekeeping in the warehouse.
- Observe safe warehouse practices and security procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum ITE qualification or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred; entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Familiarity with ERP / WMS systems is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to handle warehouse duties such as lifting, packing, and palletizing.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
