The Logistics Admin is responsible for processing transactions in the NERP system based on requests from the Business Team, creating delivery and collection orders, managing sample stock, and supporting stock counts while ensuring communication with the Logistic Service Partner for timely deliveries and collections.

Sample Operation Management
- Based on Sample Goods Issue request from Business Team, process transaction in system (NERP)
- Based on Collection request from Business Team, process transaction in system (NERP)
- Create manual delivery order and inform LSP (Logistic Service Partner) for on time delivery
- Create manual collection order and inform LSP for on time collection
- Receiving new sample stock from overseas or conversion from A grade goods
- Managing 6 month non moving aging stock
- Support quarterly sample stock count
- Return collection management
Skills and Qualifications
- Min. Diploma with at least 2 years of logistics experience.
- Proficient in Excel for reporting
