Job Description:

Key responsibilities:
• Maintains clear and concise client communication on campaign related activities
• Executes campaign deliverables and activities based on client requirements
• Oversees and delegates to other campaign resources the execution of campaign deliverables and activities
• Validates work product using quality assurance best practices
• Elicits and documents client requirements through written and verbal methods
• Possesses higher-level understanding of campaigns management tools, concepts and capabilities
• Possesses higher-level understanding of database and data management concepts and principles
• Utilises change management techniques and best practices
• Demonstrates basic understanding of campaign strategy, design and planning
