Job Description
- Oversee the team of Lift Engineer & technicians and ensure that the lifts operations, servicing and maintenance are monitored
- Monitor the cyclical replacement schedule of the lift and major parts
- Manage the Lift companies and they meet the Key performance index and authorities' requirements
- Put up recommendations for Maintenance contract renewal and preparing maintenance contract for renewal once approval.
- Put up recommendations for additional SOR and star rate.
- Put up recommendations for Life Replacement Programme (LRP), Lift Enhancement Programme (LEP) and annual budgeting for LRP, LEP
- Review the performance of the lifts on monthly basis and to put forth recommendation of Liquidated Damages should there be non-compliance to Key performance index
