About the job:

  • Manage and supervise lift maintenance contractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and safety standards.
  • Monitor lift performance, breakdowns, and complaints; implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Review and approve maintenance schedules, job sheets, and work orders.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure proper servicing and adherence to regulations.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities and vendors on lift-related matters.
  • Prepare reports on lift performance, maintenance costs, and budget utilization.
  • Coordinate with Finance and other departments on lift works budgeting and expenditure.
  • Handle escalated issues and provide technical guidance when necessary.
  • Drive initiatives for lift modernization and safety enhancements.

About you:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in lift maintenance, building services, or facilities management.
  • Strong knowledge of lift systems, safety regulations, and maintenance standards.
  • Excellent coordination and vendor management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with maintenance management systems.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
