The Sales Support Lead will assist the Enterprise Account sales manager by maximizing sales tools usage, facilitating proposals, generating reports, and driving lifecycle solutions while collaborating with the sales team and maintaining industry awareness.
What you will do:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Support Lead to provide essential support and information to our Enterprise Account sales manager. The ideal candidate will help maximize the efficient usage of sales tools, processes, and technologies while generating and analyzing data and reports to provide visibility on relevant sales activities. This role is crucial for enhancing our sales efforts, particularly in the West region, where we anticipate a surge in large commercial and industrial projects.
How you will do it:
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account sales manager to support on multi-country opportunities.
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for prospective projects.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
- Drive sales enablement & serve as a point of engineering contact for design validation & customer facing workshops.
- Drive Lifecycle Solution innovation - Growth through LRP (Integrated Solution, ACVS); define, implement & track
- Solution Portfolio Leadership-Drive 3rd party Ecosystem development & building Industry Solution Playbooks.
- Generate and analyze sales data and reports to monitor performance and identify trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide relevant insights.
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in IBMS (Control, Fire & Security) Solution Engineering domain,
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to efficiently articulate technical subject matter with all levels of employees/management.
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to own, drive and run new projects.
- Understanding of Pre & Post Sales Engineering practices and able to drive consistency in complex global situations.
- Familiarity with IT systems as they relate to financial functions and operational areas.
- Excellent PC skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point. Willingness to travel.
- Experience of working with globally distributed teams & matrixed environment
