We are seeking a proven Lifecycle and CRM Lead to own CRM channel strategy and execution, driving personalized, data-driven communications that engage customers and support business objectives across markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead CRM strategy across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels
Manage CRM team including campaign developers and lifecycle managers
Define segmentation strategies and personalization frameworks
Own CRM calendar and coordinate campaigns across lifecycle stages
Drive testing agenda to continuously improve CRM performance metrics
Partner with lifecycle managers on integrated customer journey programs
Manage martech platforms and optimize technical capabilities
Monitor CRM metrics: deliverability, engagement, conversion, and revenue attribution
Ensure CRM compliance with privacy regulations across all operating markets
Requirements:
7+ years CRM and lifecycle marketing experience
Proven experience leading CRM teams and driving channel strategy
Deep knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM best practices
Strong analytical skills with focus on testing, measurement, and optimization
Experience with customer segmentation and personalization at scale
Understanding of data privacy regulations and consent management
Project management capability to coordinate complex, multi-channel programs
Financial services background highly desirable
Stakeholder management skills to influence across marketing and product teams
