Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced LifeAsia Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Life Insurance and hands-on experience working with LifeAsia (Life400) policy administration systems. The ideal candidate will bridge business and IT teams, analyse requirements, and support enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to LifeAsia (Life400) system.
- Work closely with business users (Underwriting, Policy Servicing, Claims, Finance, Actuarial).
- Prepare BRD, FRD, FSD, and functional specifications.
- Analyse existing LifeAsia programs, workflows, and product configurations.
- Support product launches, enhancements, and regulatory changes.
- Coordinate with development teams (AS400/RPG) for system modifications.
- Perform impact analysis, gap analysis, and solution recommendations.
- Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
- Assist in integration with surrounding systems (CRM, Billing, Finance, Data Warehouse).
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in Life Insurance domain.
- Strong experience in LifeAsia (Life400) system.
- Good understanding of Life Insurance products (Whole Life, Term, ILP, Endowment, Riders).
- Knowledge of policy lifecycle (New Business, Underwriting, Policy Servicing, Claims).
- Experience preparing BRD, FSD, and UAT documents.
- Understanding of AS400/RPG environment (preferred).
- Experience in system enhancements, migration, or transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
