A Snapshot

As a Legal Operations Analyst, you will play a meaningful role in supporting AirTrunk’s growth across the Asia Pacific region. Working closely with the Legal and Company Secretarial teams, you will help deliver high‑quality legal, administrative, and operational support that strengthens efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration across the business. Your work will contribute to smoother processes, better system adoption, and a legal function that scales effectively with organisational growth.

What you'll Do

  • In this role, you will prepare and review a variety of contracts, assist with transactional workflows, coordinate internal approvals and DocuSign execution, and support the team in optimising legal processes and technology.
  • You will help manage matter administration, maintain templates and procedures, triage incoming requests, liaise with counterparties and external counsel, and ensure accurate, timely documentation.
  • You will also contribute to initiatives that streamline ways of working and enhance use of Microsoft 365 and other legal tech tools.

What you'll Bring

  • To thrive, you bring experience as a paralegal or in a legal operations role, strong organisational and document‑processing skills, and confidence working with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and 365 tools.
  • You are comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, and enjoy learning new systems and processes.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • You bring curiosity, a “can‑do” mindset, and a commitment to high standards as you grow your understanding of AirTrunk’s business.
