The role

The Mobbin platform serves over a million inspiration-seekers across the world, including teams from leading global companies like Airbnb, Volvo and Pinterest.

We are hiring a fractional legal counsel to join our Founder’s Office Team.

As a fractional legal counsel in the Founder’s Office Team at Mobbin, you defending Mobbin’s interests in the realm of contract negotiations with customers and intellectual property rights in collaboration with the compliance and leadership team.

What you'll do...
  • Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS-related agreements (e.g., MSAs, DPAs, SLAs).

  • Lead contract negotiations with enterprise customers globally, especially in the US and EU.

  • Manage legal pushbacks on liability, indemnity, governing law, etc.

  • Collaborate with other teams to enable revenue while managing risk.

  • Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, and fallback positions.

  • Advise on data protection, privacy compliance, and cross-border legal matters (PDPA, GDPR, CCPA).

  • Support general corporate and commercial legal matters as needed.

  • Work closely with leadership to align legal priorities with business goals.

You should...
  • Be a Singapore-qualified lawyer with 5–8 years PQE, preferably with in-house experience.

  • Have strong experience in SaaS contracts and cross-border commercial transactions.

  • Be familiar with global privacy laws (PDPA, GDPR, CCPA) and data processing agreements.

  • Be comfortable negotiating with US and EU-based customers and counterparties.

  • Understand software licensing, cloud delivery models, and typical SaaS risk profiles.

  • Communicate clearly and concisely, especially in written legal correspondence.

  • Be pragmatic, business-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • [Bonus] Have experience with IP, export control, or sanctions in the context of software/SaaS.
