We are looking for a talented Legal Counsel to join the team. As we continue to scale, the complexity of regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, and internal legal processes is growing.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad legal experience while supporting compliance, commercial contracts, marketing initiatives, and product development in a fast-paced technology environment. Beyond the core responsibilities this self-starter will have the opportunity to grow the role and expand their own scope and responsibility as the company and therefore the role continues to grow and evolve. 

Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance & Regulatory Support

  • Review and maintain legal and compliance documentation, including contract registers.
  • Assist in regulatory compliance reviews for enterprise customers.

Contract Review & Legal Operations

  • Review routine contracts such as NDAs, vendor agreements, and customer contracts.
  • Support the implementation of legal processes and templates to enhance efficiency.
  • Respond to internal legal inquiries from various teams.

Marketing & Commercial Support

  • Provide legal guidance on marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Product Development Legal Support

  • Conduct legal assessments of new product features and offerings.

Who You Are

  • Qualified lawyer with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), preferably from a common law jurisdiction.
  • Admitted to the bar in the Singapore or UK
  • Experience in legal practice, with exposure to data protection, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with technology contracts and matters is advantageous.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and process-oriented approach.

This role is ideal for someone looking to transition from private practice or legal chambers into an in-house role, with a focus on technology and innovation.
