If you’re ready to keep legal workflows on track and help a busy firm stay organized and compliant, we’d love to meet you!

Your Role:

As a Legal Assistant, you’ll help keep the legal team organized by:

  • Drafting and preparing legal documents, correspondence, and client files.
  • Managing calendars for meetings, deadlines, and hearings.
  • Communicating with clients by phone and email, and following up on requests.
  • Entering information accurately into the firm’s legal CRM system.
  • Filing and organizing digital and physical documents.
  • Assisting with compliance checklists and basic case tracking.
  • Supporting other administrative tasks to keep the back office running smoothly.

What You’ll Need:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Admin Assistant, Legal Secretary, or similar admin role in a law firm (preferred).

  • Experience with CRM platforms is a big plus!

What We Offer:

  • 💼 Competitive salary of $1,000–$1,100 USD per month
  • 🌴 10 paid days off, plus all applicable US holidays — work-life balance matters.
  • 🤝 A supportive, growth-focused work culture where your ideas are valued.
  • 🚀 Opportunities to grow your skills and experience in the legal field.
