- Functional Workday Learning support of Exteriors divisions
- Exteriors Talent Programs organization support
- PD&T Team processes and ad hoc projects support
- Magna Global Compliance training support
- Training of Workday Learning HR users
- Preparation of basic data analysis
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources with some exposure to Learning and Talent Management required
- Advanced English skills - spoken and written - for communication with Exteriors plants all over the world
- Fluent Czech
- Experience with HR IS (preferable Workday) and interest to become Learning module expert
- Developed organizational skills, systematic approach and responsibility
- Strong customer orientation
- Attention to detail
