Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
Our EMEA Partner & Alliances team is a dedicated and experienced group of professionals who have been instrumental in accelerating one of our highest growth markets.
We work in collaboration with our Partner Program, Solutions Go-to-market, Enablement and Field Marketing teams to develop and deliver programs that suit the needs of our Ecosystem, and to sell through and with our Atlassian partners in the field. The Partner & Alliances team is part of the broader sales team, where we take a very unique approach to selling.
