Job Description- Lead operational and strategic planning, including fostering innovation, planning projects, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources.
- Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Security & Compliance features.
- Implement data loss prevention (DLP), information protection, and conditional access policies to ensure secure access to Microsoft modern workplace solution within the organization.
- Collaborate with legal, IT security, and other relevant parties to understand and develop data retention and information protection policies to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and manage Microsoft 365 compliance solutions, including data retention policies, labeling, and data loss prevention (DLP) for all M365 collaboration services including SharePoint, Exchange, and Teams.
- Oversee the configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Purview to ensure data governance and compliance.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to integrate compliance solutions with existing systems and workflows.
- Benchmark, analyze, report on, and make recommendations for the improvement Office 365 suite and other systems.
- Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal & external technology communities, and mentor junior team members
- The ideal applicant should have bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or more than 5 years of experience in related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration suite.
- Proficient in PowerShell and able to integrate with Azure AD, handle bulk updates across Office 365 services, manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams configurations, and automate administrative tasks.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform Administration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and interest in cloud computing and cyber security.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks preferred
- Microsoft certifications related to above areas
