As a Lead Sales Specialist , you will be responsible for:
Developing business plans /strategies to pursue and enhance Sales lead and project win rate for BH Products in Malaysia and Indonesia.
Identifying key customers, develop rapport, plan for customer retention and enhance accuracy rate in forecasting.
Understanding and updating on competitor activity - Product launches, Promotional programs, initiatives, strategies, pricing & packaging trends and quality concerns raised by customers.
Driving Sales initiatives – Organize presentations, seminars, technical sessions, and share industry news and market trend.
Handling complaints from Channels / Direct Customers and organize technical discussion with customers to offer creative solutions.
Coaching and enhancing competency of Channel partners to drive project pursuit strategies
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's from an accredited uni or college with 10+ yr experience in handling Project business in Energy industry
Have knowledge in dealing with Control valves and Safety relief valves
Have Application / Technical / Product selling capabilities
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa
Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
