In this role, you will support Operations in digital initiatives, system enhancements and process changes, focusing on enhancing Customer & Distributor experiences and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively involved in identifying and implementing strategic initiatives and improvements through system enhancements, outsourcing or process changes.
- Identify operational gaps - initiate impact analysis, diagnose process gaps and implement controls proactively to address gaps.
- Drive requirement workshops to gather requirements, identify business needs, define project/ enhancement scope. Ensure the business requirements are comprehensive and they meet the business needs in taking consideration of future and changing business needs.
- Ensure business requirements are clearly articulated, translated, and documented for efficient delivery.
- Evaluate alternative high-level solutions with Information Technology and make appropriate recommendations to the users.
- Review test scenarios, conditions and expected results for user acceptance testing (UAT) according to business requirements that have been signed off.
- Review UAT and responsible for UAT sign off.
- Contribute to the overall planning/re-planning of the project timeline and resources, effective monitoring of the projects/ BAU enhancements lifecycle.
- Prepare/Review training materials.
- Continuous review of initiatives implemented to monitor quality of delivery and benefits realisation.

Working Experience
- 5 – 7 of working experience in business analyst role or in requirements gathering and delivery of Life Insurance Operations initiatives
Education
- Diploma or Degree Holder in Business Admin, Computer Science or a related discipline
