Job Description- Identify opportunities for new or enhanced automations to drive efficiencies within the organization, producing designs and plans to address those opportunities
- Drive the maintenance and expansion of existing automations and related processes in the organization.
- Create documentation, presentation, and training material
- Engage with relevant stakeholders
- Share knowledge, guide, and train colleagues
- Contribute in activities related to market research and competitive analysis
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology along with minimum 8 years' experience in a similar role.
- Track record of practical problem solving.
- Good understanding of scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Go, Ansible) and automation skills.
- Container orchestration and associated tooling (K8s, helm, terraform, etc.)
- CI/CD pipeline skills in general
- Knowledge in one of the major tool sets (Azure pipelines, Bitbucket, Gitlab, etc.)
- Knowledge of docker and containerization.
- A natural desire to discover and learn new technologies and processes.
- Proactively take initiative and responsibility.
- Knowledgeable in Linux/Unix/Windows.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently.
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills along with an innovative mindset.
- Willingness to accept challenges and show high level of enthusiasm
