About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to drive clarity and alignment across our engineering and product teams. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between business needs and technical execution, rigorously documenting requirements and translating them into structured specifications for Development and QA. Your primary focus will be validating and locking scope upfront to minimize unnecessary changes, ensuring a smooth project lifecycle that empowers our teams to deliver high-quality security solutions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements through discussions with leadership and stakeholders.
- Translate high-level concepts into clear, well-structured requirement documents.
- Ensure requirements are understood across development, QA, and other internal teams.
- Facilitate requirement clarification sessions and act as the main bridge between business and technical teams.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and requirement traceability throughout the lifecycle of features and projects.
- Help minimize frequent requirement changes by validating scope, clarifying expectations, and coordinating revisions responsibly.
- Support backlog refinement by keeping requirements aligned, prioritized, and complete.
- Work closely with QA to ensure test planning reflects the intended requirements and expected outcomes.
- Identify requirement gaps, risks, and dependencies early and communicate them clearly.
- Contribute to improving requirement-gathering and documentation processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Engineering or similar areas.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role involving requirement analysis and documentation.
- Strong capability in writing clear functional and non-functional requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain structure and clarity in fast-moving environments.
- Familiarity with Agile workflows or similar development methodologies.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in software or hardware-related product environments.
- Exposure to working with cross-functional teams such as QA, engineering, and technical operations.
