Job Description

Senior Enterprise Account Executive

Southeast Asia and/or Greater China

The Opportunity

This is a role for elite enterprise sellers who thrive in complex environments, think strategically, and lead every deal with curiosity, integrity, and conviction. You will work with senior executives at some of the world’s most recognizable brands, helping them transform how they engage customers at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and close large, complex enterprise deals within a defined territory, engaging CMOs, CTOs, COOs, CIOs, EVPs, and SVPs at global brands
  • Lead sophisticated sales cycles end to end, identifying decision-makers, influencers, and buying committees with confidence and precision
  • Build tailored, outcome-driven solutions that help customers win in their markets
  • Develop deep, trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders and consistently influence in a positive, authentic way
  • Proactively generate new opportunities through networking, referrals, and disciplined territory planning
  • Stay relentlessly curious about the industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to maintain a decisive sales edge
  • Seek feedback continuously from leaders, peers, and customers to sharpen your craft and raise the bar
  • Lead with character, do the right thing always, and take pride in how you show up for customers and teammates

Who You Are

  • A proven enterprise seller with success selling into large organizations across Southeast Asia and or Greater China
  • A top performer, consistently ranking in the top 5 percent of your sales organization
  • An exceptional communicator who can engage confidently with senior executives
  • Highly curious, coachable, and driven, with a work ethic that sets the standard
  • Experienced in navigating complex, enterprise-wide SaaS deals, with 5 to 8 years of enterprise software sales experience
  • Relationship-first in how you work, understanding that trust, empathy, and credibility unlock long-term value
  • Passionate about the Customer Experience revolution and how digital and social platforms are reshaping how global brands connect with consumers
  • Energized by change, motivated by learning, and excited to sell a best-in-class solution that sits at the centre of this transformation
