職務詳細：

（過去のご経験・適正に応じて担当いただきます）

• コンプライアンス態勢整備、高度化の企画推進
• リスク評価・課題認識を行った上での態勢向上のための施策の設計、及びその効果測定
• ビジネス推進上のコンプライアンス関連事案の論点整理、審査、各関連部署に対する助言
• コンプライアンス関連の社内啓蒙施策・研修の企画・設計・運営
• コンプライアンス的要素を軸とした、全社的課題の認識及び改善策の企画推進
• 営業関連部署、オペレーション関連部署等、様々な関連部署との連携

募集要項：

以下のいずれかを満たす方：

• 金融機関における法務・コンプライアンス業務経験者もしくは業務企画経験者
• 金融機関における法人業務等を通して、プレゼンテーション能力の高い方
• コンサルティングファーム等で金融事業のコンプライアンスもしくは業務企画・改善関連のプロジェクト経験者

有れば尚可の要件：

• Microsoft Access等を活用したデータ分析スキル

言語スキル：

• 日本語　ネイティブ（必須）
• ビジネスレベルの英語力があれば、なお可

成長を続ける当社においてコンプライアンス部門の役割は非常に大きくなっています。狭義のコンプライアンスに限定されずに態勢整備・業務企画へ積極柔軟なスタンスで貢献を提供するやり甲斐の大きな業務です。

コンプライアンス部門自体も絶えずの成長を志向することから、部門目標の共有と共にメンバーの自律や裁量のある運営を行います。それらを通じて会社への貢献を実感できることを目指します。

当部門においては、フレックスタイムや在宅勤務制度も積極的に活用した業務推進を行っており、ワークライフバランス実現の観点でも充実した環境となっています。

社外勤務についての部内ガイドライン：

当初は初台オフィス内で部内でのコミュニケーションをとりながら職務を遂行頂き、その後は、週1～2回程度の社外勤務が可能です。

また、部門として在宅勤務・フルフレックスタイム制度の積極的活用を進めています。

残業について：

残業は月20～30時間程度を想定します。

給与：

経験、能力を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇します。

通勤交通費支給（当社規定による）

変動賞与年1回（個人、会社業績に応じて支給）

勤務時間：

原則　9：00～17：00（実働7時間。フレックス制度あり）
