Who we are

Mantle positions itself as the gateway for institutions and TradFi to move into RWAs on-chain. With $4B+ in community-owned assets, Mantle combines credibility, liquidity and scale with institutional infrastructure to support large-scale adoption.

The ecosystem is anchored by $MNT in the Bybit network, and built out through subsidiaries mETH, fBTC, MI4 and MantleX. This is complemented by Mantle Network’s partnerships with leading issuers and protocols such as Agora AUSD, Ethena USDe, Ondo USDY and EigenLayer.

Your Role
  • Identify and onboard suitable KOLs and content creators that align with the campaign goals and Mantle’s narratives, and collaborate with them on content creation.

  • Oversee day-to-day interactions with KOLs, and establish and maintain long-term relationships with valuable KOLs and partners.

  • Work with the social media team, regional teams, and ecosystem partners to identify growth opportunities through KOL and creator networks, such as content co-creation, AMAs, etc.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the Mantle ecosystem to execute KOL marketing activities that support business growth.

  • Conduct data analysis of KOL performance to drive informed decision-making and strategy adjustments.

  • Perform market research to stay engaged with marketing trends and apply relevant approaches to increase Mantle's social awareness and growth.

Your Craft
  • Minimum 1 year of Web3 experience required, with a focus on marketing and KOL management preferred.

  • Strong operational skills, including negotiation, content support, and performance tracking.

  • Strong ability to identify market trends and develop KOL strategies to maximize resources and capture market attention.

  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.

  • Self-starter with a proactive approach, capable of balancing operations with strategy.

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, communications, or a related field required.

If you think you have valuable experience to bring to the organization, but don’t necessarily meet all of the criteria for the role, we still want to hear from you. We consider all applications.

We’re committed to fostering a progressive work environment that’s centered on forgiveness, empathy, belonging, and psychological well-being. Windranger is an equal opportunities workplace that doesn’t discriminate based on race, ethnicity, gender, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age disability, veteran status, genetic information, marital status, or any other legally protected status.
