Join Kinexys by J.P. Morgan as a Business Management Associate and become part of a team at the forefront of digital payments innovation. In this role, you will support the Kinexys Digital Payments and Liink product lines by driving strategic initiatives, overseeing business governance, and ensuring precise reporting across key business metrics. You'll work closely with business leaders to deliver impactful solutions, facilitate effective communication, and contribute to the ongoing transformation of payments through advanced blockchain technology. Job Responsibilities• Lead core business management activities, including project coordination, analysis of sales and management reports, and handling ad-hoc requests from stakeholders.• Prepare and deliver presentations, analytical reports, and supporting documentation for senior leadership and other key internal clients; contribute to special projects as required.• Develop, maintain, and review financial models and analyses (both recurring and ad-hoc), actively seeking opportunities to enhance processes.• Support the production and distribution of materials for regular management meetings and business reviews.• Synthesize complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for management.• Anticipate and address questions from internal clients and senior management, ensuring thorough and proactive communication.• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work on diverse projects with colleagues across different regions and functions.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.• At least 3 years of experience in finance, business management, or strategy roles within the financial services sector.• Demonstrated sound judgment, professional maturity, and personal integrity; strong work ethic and results-driven approach.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.• Strong analytical and technical skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; adept at working with large data sets and synthesizing findings into clear presentations.• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills• Experience with data visualization and automation tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QlikSense.• Background in investment banking, commercial banking, or management consulting.• Ability to work effectively on projects of varying scope and complexity, collaborating with individuals across different regions, levels, and business functions.
