We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Account Manager for Singapore to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships while driving the strategic development and growth of our product portfolio in the territory.

The Key Account Manager based in Singapore will engage directly with healthcare professionals and procurement departments, ensuring that Clinigen’s products are effectively integrated into relevant clinical pathways. You will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities and optimizing existing accounts, focusing on fostering long-term partnerships that benefit both Clinigen and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity within oncology and hematology segments to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage and grow key accounts within the Singapore private hospital sector, ensuring alignment with Clinigen’s commercial objectives.
  • Navigate and optimize procurement processes across private hospitals, working closely with procurement teams and key stakeholders.
  • Drive strategies to secure public funding for rare disease treatments, liaising with healthcare payors and government agencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical affairs, market access, and marketing to deliver tailored solutions for clients.

Requirements
  • A degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in market analysis and strategic account planning.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the local healthcare market dynamics in Singapore.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet customer requirements.
