Are You Looking to Build a Career That Contributes to a Brighter Future?

  • Lead infrastructure and Energy segment growth by driving high revenue, working closely with business development, GKAM and other support functions

  • Directly manage large strategic accounts and enhance business relationship with existing customers

  • Monitor and achieve assigned annual sales target and Gross margin % aligned with organization expectation.

  • Hunting for new business and following opportunities in CRM diligently by involving all stakeholders for secure the projects

  • Developing new market opportunities for Hempel in the Energy and Infrastructure segment. Developing strong relationships with industry influencers and important stakeholders in driving and penetrating specifications and business development efforts both Energy and Infrastructure.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Degree in Marketing /Engineering /Chemistry /Sales Management
  • 5-8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with proven sales record preferably in construction fire protection industry or coating industry experience
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Strong negotiation skills
