The role involves achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, fostering relationships with partners, and overseeing sales operations and tracking.
Position Summary
The incumbent will be responsible for the achievement of revenue target, quality distribution, in-store excellence and operational efficiency of the account / channel assigned in aspect of B2C & B2B sales, for Samsung Electronics Air-Conditioning business in Singapore.Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the achievement of target revenue assigned
- Sell-out driven mindset to grow market share and maintain healthy channel inventory
- Establish and build long-term relationship with business partners, through good account management, building mutual trust and integrity
- Serve as the bridge between business partners and internal teams
- Accountability for the end to end sales and implementation process to ensure successful delivery of deals
- Order tracking and release order until delivery order to site
- Develop sales promotion and manage account operation for Aircon Specialist account
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to handle objections
- Weekly tracking and analysis of store performance to identify issues and opportunities
- Work closely with retail marketing team to ensure superior in-store visibility and condition, while also managing the performance of field force team assigned to the channel
- Collaborate with marketing communications team to support business partner’s marketing activities
- Weekly alignment meeting with supply chain manager to ensure accurate sell-in & sell-out forecast, in order to prevent loss of sales opportunities and over stock
- Following up on potential projects with Aircon Specialist account and getting in business opportunities.
- Involve in Aircon design stage and value engineering.
- Carry out sales in ways that focuses on achieving the target based on cooperation with channel accounts.
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Ensure account receivables and payables are managed on a timely manner
Skills and Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma but ideally a Degree (in Mechanical Engineering or Business Management Field), with at least 5 to 8 years of sales experience in retail or project, preferable in ACMV field.
- Successful sales track records as well as strong key account management
- Preferably with both B2B and B2C sales experience
- Excellent in cognitive thought and problem solving
- Creative and innovative
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and possess good project management and presentation skills.
- Possess own vehicle
